About the role




We are seeking a passionate hospitality leader to join us at Monarto Safari Resort as a Food and Beverage Supervisor.
This role is hands-on and you'll lead by example across breakfast, lunch, dinner or function service.
Your days will include but not limited to:
Leading and supervising operations in Kutjera Restaurant, Lounge Bar, Pool Bar and events.
Deliver exceptional guest service and anticipating guest needs
Support and coach team members to become hospitality superstars
Resolve guest issues and feedback in a professional manner
Ensuring the safety of the team and guests and complying with policies and legislation
About you
To be successful in this role, you will:
Strong food and beverage skills including bar and table service.
Be passionate about the hospitality industry with a real commitment to delivering the best standards of guest service;
Hotel experience with fine dining or a la carte experience
Be organised and have a high presentation standards
Have availability to work flexible shift patterns across a 7 day roster, including weekends, evenings and public holidays (festive season);
Have a RSA certificate
Previous experience in a leadership role
