Project Manager / Assistant project Manager - Client Side - Remedial A well established remedial consultancy is growing its Sydney project delivery team and is looking to bring on both a Project Manager and an Assistant Project Manager.
The business works client side on remedial and building rectification projects across Greater Sydney - strata, commercial, government and residential.
Projects are run from initial investigation and scope through tender, delivery and defect close out.
This is genuine remedial work, not general construction with the odd rectification package attached.
Project Manager | $140k+ package You will run a portfolio of remedial projects end to end on behalf of owners corporations, strata committees and asset owners.
What they are looking for: • 5+ years experience in a consultancy or client side project management role • Solid remedial and building rectification background • Comfortable across scope development, tender, contract administration, superintendency and close out • Confident dealing directly with strata committees, owners corporations,



building managers and asset owners • Tertiary qualification in engineering, construction management, building or architecture Assistant Project Manager | up to $120k+ A genuine step off site and into client side consultancy, with a structured path through to Project Manager.
