We are looking for an experienced
Commercial Property Manager
to take ownership of a clean, well-organised portfolio of
predominantly industrial
.
The role has been created as we split our existing portfolio into smaller, more manageable portfolios, allowing each Property Manager to provide a high level of service and build stronger relationships with their clients.
You'll be supported by dedicated administration and trust account support, established systems and an experienced team, allowing you to focus on managing your portfolio and building strong relationships with your clients.
Leasing and entry inspections are handled by our leasing team, and there are no trust accounting responsibilities.
This is a
Monday to Friday role
offering plenty of autonomy, direct client relationships and the opportunity to grow the portfolio through new business.
What You'll Be Doing
This is a hands-on portfolio management role where your focus is exactly where it should be: looking after your landlords, tenants and properties exceptionally well.
You will manage a




predominantly industrial property portfolio
from end to end, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and building long term relationships with our landlords and tenants.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing an established, predominantly industrial property portfolio
Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Managing critical lease dates, including rent reviews, options, renewals and expiries
Arrears management and lease related matters
Coordinating repairs, maintenance and contractors
Completing outgoings and annual reconciliations
Conducting property inspections
Managing lease administration and day to day property matters
Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors and other stakeholders
Identifying new property management opportunities
Building relationships with prospective landlords and converting opportunities into new management appointments
What We're Looking For
We are looking for an experienced Property Manager who knows how to take ownership of a portfolio and provide clients with a high level of service.
You'll be organised, confident and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
You will also have a
business development mindset
and enjoy identifying opportunities to bring new property management business into the agency.

Essential Requirements
Experience in commercial or industrial property management
Current NSW Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
Current Australian Driver Licence and your own reliable vehicle
Strong knowledge of commercial leases and property management processes
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Strong organisation, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Confidence working autonomously and managing competing priorities
Experience with
RexCirrus8
is highly regarded, along with experience using
Inspection Express 360
.
