About the role
End to end management of an established well maintained portfolio
Work in a tight-knit, supportive environment
Liaising with Renters & Rentals Providers
Manage database updates and general rental administration
Hands-on, supportive directors

The Candidate
About you:
Previous Property Management/Real Estate experience is required
Confident, proactive, and a strong team player
Possesses excellent communication skills both verbally and written




Exceptional relationship management and customer service
Be proactive and work autonomously or under direction
Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work both within a team environment and independently
Presents professionally and has a positive, driven attitude
Holds a Victorian Real Estate agents rep certificate as well as drivers license & reliable vehicle (required)
