Product Developer ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented Product Developer to join our rapid-paced Design team.
This role plays a critical part in bringing concepts to market by managing the end-to-end product lifecycle from initial design handover through to bulk production ensuring product quality, commercial viability, and on-time delivery across international markets.
The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, has strong technical understanding of construction and materials, and enjoys delivering commercially relevant, trend-led ranges.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Product Development Lifecycle Management Manage the full development cycle across multiple brands from design brief through to production handover.
Translate design concepts into detailed technical packs, ensuring accuracy in specifications, measurements, trims, and construction.
Coordinate sampling processes including proto, fit, SMS and PP samples, ensuring timelines are met.
Maintain and update the critical path, identifying risks and providing solutions to keep development on track.
Trend research to translate into relevant exciting product Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with Design, Production, Buying, Planning and Sales teams to deliver cohesive, commercially successful ranges.
Prepare development updates, range sheets,



and supporting documents for internal range reviews and client presentations.
Support Sales teams with sample management, line sheets, and product training ahead of market appointments.
SKILLS EXPERIENCE 2–5+ years experience as a Product Developer or similar role within fashion fashion or accessories Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, PLM/PDM systems, Excel and Microsoft Suite.
Solid time management and ability to juggle multiple categories and deadlines.
Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-driven approach.
