What you'll be doing: Delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable in-store experiences Fitting customers with the right footwear and offering product recommendations Driving sales through confident product knowledge and add-on selling Maintaining store presentation and visual merchandising standards Supporting the team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets What we're looking for: A positive, energetic attitude and strong communication skills Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred but not essential) Confidence in approaching customers and building rapport Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment Ideally looking for someone who is available for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays
