It has identified a growth prospect in a newer line of business and is investing in the people, channels and systems needed to scale it across the country.
About the role Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Executive General Manager of this business unit leads both the business line and the national team behind it.
The role sets the B2C and B2B growth strategy, redefines the proposition and pricing, and builds an omnichannel pipeline from generation through to conversion.
It owns commercial performance reporting, forecasting and corrective action, and designs and delivers the training and coaching that builds commercial capability across the network.
The Executive General Manager also develops the partnerships and channels that become a reliable source of new customers.
Success will be measured on revenue, pipeline performance, forecast accuracy and customer advocacy.




About you You are a senior commercial leader who has built or scaled a growth-oriented business within a larger organisation with a distributed physical network.
You have owned national revenue targets, built and converted pipelines, and know how to get a network delivering commercial results consistently.
You have designed and delivered training and coaching for frontline and senior leaders, and you hold people to account for outcomes.
You manage through influence, establish credibility quickly with a CEO and executive team, and build durable relationships with customers and partners.
You are commercially disciplined and bring rigour to forecasting and performance management.
