What You'll Be Doing
n
Depending on the role, your responsibilities may include:
n
n
Providing professional customer service to visitors, contractors and clients
n
Conducting building and perimeter patrols
n
Monitoring CCTV and access control systems
n
Gatehouse and access control duties
n




Managing contractors and deliveries
n
Responding to incidents and emergency situations
n
Identifying and reporting hazards and security risks
n
Supporting tenants, clients and facilities teams
n
Preparing incident and security reports
n
Event security duties
n
Other security and site-specific duties
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Current Security Licence- Mandatory
n
Current First Aid - Mandatory
n
Australian Citizen or holder of Unlimited Work Rights
n
Strong customer service and communication skills
n
Professional presentation and a proactive approach
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Ability to work rotating rosters, including days, nights and weekends
n
Good computer skills and ability to use security-related systems
n
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
n
Robust written and verbal communication skills
n
n
Highly Desirable:
n
n
Crowd Control endorsement
n
Own reliable transport
n
Experience with CCTV and access control systems
n
Previous experience in a security or customer-facing environment
n
