Work with Product to shape upcoming work into
clear, deliverable backlogs
n
Guide solution design using
Domain‐Driven Design, microservices and event‐driven architecture
n
Set and enforce
engineering standards, quality and best practices
n
Stay
hands‐on ******%)
where it matters – unblocking hard problems, setting patterns, raising the bar
n
Mentor engineers through 1:1s, coaching and career development
n
Own prioritisation, technical trade‐offs and incident response within your team
n
Improve engineering processes to lift quality and reduce delivery risk

You won't be buried in admin, and you won't be a delivery manager. Your value is leverage.
What you bring n
n
~8+ years software engineering experience, with strong depth in
.NET
n
Proven experience with




DDD, event‐driven systems and microservices
n
A test‐driven, quality‐first mindset
n
Experience leading engineers or teams (formal or informal)
n
The confidence to make decisions and the maturity to lead opinionated engineers
n
Clear communication with both technical and non‐technical stakeholders
n
