Coordinate a small customer service team in a fast-paced workplace Federal Government environment | 35 hours per week Docklands location | 28th September to 18th December **** About the Role We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Coordinator to join a busy seasonal customer service team supporting the sales and distribution of a popular annual Australian publication.
This is a hands-on coordination role where you will oversee two Customer Service Support Officers while also assisting with customer enquiries, orders and general service delivery.
Responsibilities Coordinate and support two Customer Service Support Officers Manage and categorise customer enquiries through the CRM Coordinate basic phone coverage and team rostering Provide guidance and support to team members Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email Process telephone and online sales and payments, including BPAY Assist customers with online ordering and self-service Manage returned-to-sender enquiries Monitor customer feedback and identify recurring issues Escalate system or operational issues to the Project Manager Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes Maintain accurate records and administration Promote a professional, responsive and positive customer experience About You You will have: Experience delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment, ideally within a call centre or contact centre Experience coordinating or supporting a small team Strong communication,



administration and organisational skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy The ability to manage competing priorities and respond to customer needs Confidence using Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn current systems Sound judgement and the ability to work independently and collaboratively Experience using a CRM, particularly Microsoft Dynamics, will be highly regarded About the Organisation Join a prominent Federal Government organisation supporting an important seasonal customer service operation.
