Senior Electrical Engineer | Building Services Core Talent are partnering with a well-established electrical contractor to recruit a Senior Electrical Engineer for their Perth office.
This prospect is ideal for an experienced Electrical Engineer with a background in building services design who is looking to broaden their responsibilities and continue developing their career.
While experience in electrical design is important, this isn't a pure design role.
Instead, you'll work closely with experienced engineers and project teams, supporting the technical delivery of a diverse portfolio of commercial and infrastructure projects, with genuine opportunities to progress into a more senior or managerial position over time.
Key Responsibilities Assist with the delivery and coordination of electrical engineering activities across building services projects.
Review and coordinate electrical designs, calculations and technical documentation.
Provide technical support to project managers, site teams and clients throughout project delivery.
Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
Support design coordination, procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
Ensure engineering deliverables comply with Australian Standards, NCC requirements and client specifications.




Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with the wider engineering team.
About You Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering.
Experience within electrical building services, consulting or commercial construction projects.
Exposure to electrical design using software such as Revit, AutoCAD, PowerCAD, ETAP or similar.
A sound understanding of Australian Standards, NCC requirements and electrical building services principles.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
