We're looking for an experienced L D Business Partner to help build the leadership capability that will shape our future.
Reporting to the Head of Learning Development, you will play a key role in designing and delivering leadership, learning and organisational development initiatives that strengthen leadership effectiveness, support organisational performance and help create an inclusive, high-performing culture.
Working closely with leaders across the business and the wider People Culture team, you will identify capability needs and translate them into practical, scalable solutions.
From leadership development and coaching programs to talent, succession and performance initiatives, you'll help build the capability and confidence of leaders at every stage of their journey.

Key Responsibilities • Design deliver and embed leadership, learning and organisational development programs that support inclusive, psychologically safe and high-performing leadership practices.
• Develop and implement leadership frameworks, tools and resources that drive consistency and leadership effectiveness across the organisation.
• Partner with business leaders to identify capability needs and develop practical solutions aligned to organisational priorities.
• Deliver leadership development initiatives focused on coaching, feedback, performance conversations and team effectiveness.
• Support talent review, succession planning and performance management initiatives that strengthen organisational capability and leadership pipelines.
• Partner with external providers to deliver coaching, mentoring and contemporary development solutions.
• Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and leadership initiatives, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and contribute to budget planning and management.




About You You are a passionate leadership and organisational development professional who enjoys partnering with leaders to create meaningful change and lasting capability.
You'll bring: • 5-8 years' experience in learning, leadership and organisational development roles, including experience in a similar business partnering capacity.
• Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating leadership, learning and organisational development programs.
• Experience developing and embedding leadership frameworks, coaching approaches and capability initiatives.
• Knowledge of talent management, succession planning and performance management practices.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, consulting and influencing skills.
• Experience supporting organisational development, culture transformation or leadership capability programs.
• Relevant qualifications in Learning Development, Organisational Development, Organisational Capability or a related discipline (desirable).
Highly Regarded • Accreditation in coaching, psychometric assessment tools or leadership diagnostics.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide leadership and organisational development initiatives.
• Experience within financial services, healthcare, professional services or other regulated environments.
• Experience supporting talent review, succession planning and performance management frameworks.
