You'll manage outbound service calls and dealing with inbound enquiries.
Key responsibilities
You'll liaise extensively with our clients, many of whom are elderly and come from multicultural & Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds.
As a Customer Support Officer, you'll support and empower clients of all backgrounds.
Working side by side with people who go the extra mile, you'll also love the feeling of helping children and adults who need us.
You'll work daily with a computerised client data base and electronic appointment booking system.
