We are seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organised 'Client Floor Coordinator' to become the welcoming face of our Brisbane office.
n
You will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers, you will also play a critical role in creating a positive and seamless experience for everyone who interacts with our firm.

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
n
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls
n
Liaise with clients and team members across the business
n
Manage meeting room bookings for our tenancy and associated sub-tenancies
n
Process incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries
n
Open, sort, distribute, scan, and save incoming correspondence
n
Maintain accurate electronic filing and document records
n
Provide general administrative support to the wider team
n
Assist with meeting and boardroom preparation when required
n
Support office projects, including document scanning and records management activities
n
Ensure reception and client areas are maintained to a professional standard at all times
n
n
About You:
n
n
Previous experience in client services/reception or administrative work in a professional services firm is highly regarded, but not essential
n
Professional, personable, and confident interacting with clients and stakeholders
n
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
n
Adaptable and quick to learn current systems & processes (previous experience with Microsoft Suite is preferred)
n
An excellent communicator with a customer-focused approach and strong attention to detail
n
n
