Your Role
Achieving Finance & Insurance KPI's by maximising opportunities
Working closely with Sales Consultants to manage leads and close vehicle sales
Managing customer finance applications from enquiry through to settlement
Building strong customer relationships




Delivering an exceptional buying experience
Maintaining high standards of compliance and documentation
Contributing to a positive, high-performance team culture
What we are looking for
Proven experience as a successful Automotive Finance & Insurance Business Manager
Commercially driven and motivated to earn
A strong track record of achieving results
Ability to build relationships and close business
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Understands the importance of compliance and attention to detail
Works well with Sales and thrives in a team workplace
Experience with ERA, FinanceConnect and LeadDriver is advantageous, but not essential.
