Welcome to Victoria Point Family Dental. We are a growing, modern two surgery practice looking to welcome a skilled and experienced dental assistant to our close-knit team. As our practice grows, we are seeking a reliable all-rounder who can confidently step into the workflow and support us right away.

The Role and Key Responsibilities:
As a versatile all-rounder, your day-to-day will involve a mix of clinical and front-of-house duties, including
Providing efficient chairside assisting for a variety of procedures.
Managing strict infection control, sterilisation, and steri-room protocols.
Greeting patients, managing phone inquiries, and handling front desk reception duties.
Scheduling appointments, processing payments,



and maintaining accurate patient records using Dentally software.

Flexible working hours (2-4 days per week)

About You:
You are an excellent communicator - warm, transparent, and comfortable speaking with both patients and the team. You handle challenges calmly and bring a positive, solutions-focused mindset to your work.
The Checklist:
Experience: at least
1 year of dental assisting experience
(must have both Chairside and Front Desk experience).
Strong communication skills and an approachable manner.
Confidence handling day-to-day challenges.
Your own vehicle for reliable transport.
