In this role, you'll:
Keep our fleet moving by ensuring maintenance teams have the parts, materials and resources they need to deliver safe, reliable and on-schedule maintenance.
You'll coordinate supply chain and warehouse operations, managing inventory, rotable spares, repairable spares, dispatch activities, SAP transactions and resource allocation to support daily business needs.
You'll be a trusted support partner, coordinating procurement, equipment calibration, asset configuration management and facilities management services while resolving issues and providing responsive support to maintenance teams.
This role is based in Hornsby and requires an on-site work presence. This is a shift-based role, requiring flexibility as you will be part of a team working in a 24/7 environment, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

About You
You're a proactive and adaptable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage competing priorities. With robust communication,



customer service and problem-solving skills, you build positive working relationships and take a practical, solutions-focused approach to your work.
You remain calm under pressure, have a keen eye for detail, and take pride in delivering high-quality outcomes.
You'll also bring experience in a technical based engineering environment, warehousing, inventory management and/or supply chain operations, along with proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office applications and technical catalogues.
You value working safely in and around difficult environments and prioritise a safety-first attitude.
A forklift licence and current NSW Class C driver's licence are essential.
