The Role
We are looking for Support Workers / Home Care Workers to join our team in Metro North region. Our Care Workers in Community, Health and Care provide one-on-one care to help older Victorians live comfortably in their own homes, to stay connected and to feel supported.
Assist clients with daily activities such as light cleaning and meal preparation assistance
Work with clients one-on-one within their home to live their best lives and maintain relationships
Assist clients to keep connected to their communities through activities they love
Unescorted shopping with a list

About You
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Respect for all, regardless of background, gender, age, religion, race, or sexual orientation
Your own vehicle, current drivers' licence,



and car insurance, to drive between clients' homes and drive clients as required
Willingness to travel between clients, sometimes up to 4 clients per day, and up to ***** minutes between clients
NDIS Clearance, First Aid and CPR Certificate or ability to obtain
