Pub Chef
to join our kitchen team.

About the Role
This is a hands‐on position for a chef who enjoys being part of a busy kitchen and takes pride in putting up consistently great food.
You'll work alongside our kitchen and management team across lunch and dinner services, helping us maintain the quality and reputation the Woodford Hotel is known for.
Your role will include:
Preparing and cooking quality pub meals
Working across all sections of the kitchen
Maintaining consistency, presentation and portion control
Assisting with prep and service
Following food safety, hygiene and kitchen procedures
Helping manage stock, rotation and wastage
Working as part of a positive and reliable kitchen team




Contributing ideas for specials and menu development
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has experience working as a chef, ideally in a pub or busy casual dining venue
Understands
positive, honest pub food
Can handle a busy service while maintaining quality
Is reliable, organised and works well within a team
Takes pride in their food and their kitchen
Has a positive attitude and is happy to get stuck in
Holds relevant cookery qualifications or equivalent experience
