Ridley is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead planning, scheduling and execution of maintenance across our operations. You will report to the Regional Manager and collaborate with site leaders, production teams, contractors and Engineering to ensure protected, reliable plant performance.
This hands-on role covers planned, reactive and shutdown maintenance, contractor coordination and asset care, with a focus on reducing downtime and driving continuous improvement.
