The role works closely with teams across the business to scope, design, deliver and evaluate programs related to leadership, talent and succession, employee engagement and organisational culture.
Key responsibilities
Support the delivery of organisational development programs that build capability, strengthen workplace culture, and enable performance.
Design content, facilitate workshops, and contribute to initiatives that engage employees and deliver strategic priorities.
Provide advice and support to managers, executives and staff on organisational development strategies and solutions.
Administer learning management and reporting systems.
What you need
You will bring experience in designing, delivering and evaluating organisational development and learning initiatives.
You will have solid instructional design and facilitation skills, as well the ability to use data and evidence to develop practical solutions.
You will be adept at building effective relationships with diverse audiences at all levels of an organisation.
