North West Sydney location, modern offices with 1 day WFH per week after your first 3 months (plus flexibility on an adhoc basis)

Nuts & Bolts:
n
n
Setting up new employees in systems, ensuring onboarding documents, award rates and key information are captured accurately
n
Calculating termination payments and entitlements,



coordinating recovery of overpayments in line with company policy
n
Updating employee salary entitlements as required, including back-dated changes
n
End-to-end payroll processing, including payments to employees and superannuation funds
n
Conducting quarterly superannuation reviews to ensure contributions comply with legislation and guarantee caps
n
Managing employee administration and responding to payroll queries
n
Delivering end-of-cycle and month-end reporting to finance teams
n
About You:
n
n
3/5+ years' end to end experience in a similar payroll department that deals with high volumes and complexities
n
Strong proficiency in Excel
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
A practical, can-do problem-solver who's happy working autonomously
n
Sharp attention to detail and a genuine commitment to quality assurance
n
A strong team player who also knows how to lead when it counts
n
