Warehouse Administrator with a Forklift Licence

Warehouse Administrator with a Forklift Licence
to join our team based in
Blacktown, NSW ****
. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to warehouse operations while also assisting with occasional forklift duties when required.
Please note:
This is
not an office-only position
. Applicants must have previous
warehouse administration experience
and be comfortable working within a warehouse environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Maintain accurate warehouse records, including inventory logs, stock movements, and shipment documentation
Process and manage purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices with precision and attention to detail
Coordinate communication between warehouse staff, management, suppliers, and customers
Update and maintain warehouse management systems and databases
Assist with inventory counts, audits, and stock reconciliation procedures
Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, and other documentation required for order fulfilment
Schedule and track shipments, ensuring timely dispatch and accurate delivery information
Support the warehouse team by responding to administrative enquiries and providing logistical information
Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements
Operate a forklift as required to assist with warehouse operations and stock movements
What We're Looking For
Previous warehouse administration experience is essential
Current Forklift Licence (required)
Proven experience in warehouse administration or a similar role within the logistics, warehousing, or distribution sector




Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when processing documentation and data entry
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse setting
Flexibility and reliability
Commitment to workplace health and safety standards
Experience with logistics software and barcode/RF scanning systems will be highly regarded
Important:
This position is suited to candidates with hands-on warehouse administration experience.
