The requirements
Part time – 2 month Contract of 24hrs per week – requiredroster:
Week ************* on Monday, Wednesday, Saturdayand Sunday
Week ************* on Monday and Wednesday
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or similar
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
Extensive cooking experience in a commercialenvironment
Demonstrated experience in the preparation of bulkcooking.
Experience in ordering stock within budgetguidelines.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal withdemonstrated interpersonal skills and empathy with olderpeople.
Demonstrated organisational skills and meetingdeadlines.
Demonstrated ability to direct and supervise the work ofothers.




An understanding of andan abilityto deal withWork Health and Safety issues.
Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinedteam.
Commitment to workplace equity issues.
Ensure the food service complies with the requirements ofthe NSW Food Authority
First aid certificate
Previous experience in the Aged Care Industry and/orrelated services
