safety-first and inclusive workplace culture**What You'll Do**This role is well suited to someone with a strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys a hands-on approach:* Assisting qualified tradespeople with mechanical repairs and panel work* Preparing vehicles, components, and work areas for mechanical work* Using hand and power tools to support mechanical tasks* Preparing surfaces for fibreglassing (cleaning, sanding, masking)* Mixing resins and applying fibreglass materials under supervision* Trimming, sanding, and finishing fibreglass components to specification* Supporting repairs to vehicle bodies, panels, and structural components**What You'll Bring:*** Prior experience working in a mechanical workshop environment* The ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision* Have an eager and positive mindset* Clear and concise communication skills* Motivated, reliable and a good work ethic*Candidates must have valid and current Australian working rights to be considered for this position.
