Kinetic Group invites graduates to join a 9‐month Operations Leader program that builds leadership, operational skills and confidence in public transport.
The cohort will start by learning to drive a bus, earning a heavy vehicle licence, and then rotate through service delivery, planning and leadership placements with ongoing support.
During the program you will be employed with a salary of $80,000, and upon completion you'll move into a permanent Service Delivery Leadership role with a salary
