About Your Role
Deliver a high-quality kindergarten program that supports children's learning, development and school readiness.
Create engaging play-based learning experiences that inspire curiosity and a love of learning.




Observe, assess and document children's learning and progress.
Lead and support educators within the room to achieve positive outcomes for children.
Build strong relationships with children, families and the wider community.
Maintain a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.

Requirements
About You
Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or equivalent, as approved by ACECQA.
If you are halfway through your degree, or already have an Early Childhood Diploma and willing to obtain a Bachelor degree, we can work with that!
Completed Accredited Child Protection Training (Mandatory)
Deep understanding of current early childhood education practices, legislation, and child development.
Blue Card (Child Related Employment).
First Aid, CPR, and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications.
Right to work in Australia.
ECT role in a small boutique, well-resourced, three room, 44-place centre.
Supportive team, great mentorship & paid First Aid/Blue Card.
