Senior People & Culture Partner

This is a broad, hands-on role combining business partnering, employee lifecycle management and the delivery of key People & Culture initiatives.
What you'll be doing
Partner with managers and senior leaders across a broad range of people matters
Independently manage performance, employee relations and more complex employee matters
Provide practical advice and recommendations when situations aren't always clear-cut
Influence and challenge stakeholders, and drive matters through to resolution
Improve processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding
Streamline performance management and recruitment processes
Lead P&C; projects and build scalable, consistent ways of working
Support the selection and implementation of a new HRIS
Review and strengthen policies, compliance and governance
What we're looking for
We're looking for an experienced P&C; generalist who can hit the ground running across a broad range of people matters.
You'll be comfortable independently advising senior leaders, navigating complex employee matters and making recommendations when the answer isn't always clear-cut.
Just as importantly,



you'll take ownership - forming your own view, recommending an approach and driving it through to an outcome, even when there is resistance or a lack of follow-through.
You'll bring:
Broad generalist People & Culture experience
Experience independently managing complex employee relations and performance matters
Strong experience partnering with and advising senior leaders
Confidence constructively challenging stakeholders and influencing outcomes
Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation
Sound judgement when navigating ambiguous or less explicit-cut people matters
A track record of taking ownership and driving things through to resolution
Experience improving P&C; processes and ways of working
Comfort working in a growing environment where processes are still evolving
