We are looking for a energetic Aboriginal Health Worker who is passionate about improving the health of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people
Make a real impact in our community by supporting to clients experiencing mental health &/or substance misuse issues.
Our Deadly Choices team deliver school and community-based health education, promotion and prevention activities
Work with Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander young people (0-19yrs) to provide the care coordination of supports for social and emotional wellbeing
