The Opportunity:
We have a full-time, 12-month contract opportunity for an experienced Accounts Administration Officer to join our Finance team, based in Perth's CBD.
A key focus of this role will be to ensure that all key administrative tasks within the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions are completed accurately and in a timely manner, supporting efficient supplier payment processing and effective customer cash collection.
The role:
Accurate and timely processing of high-volume supplier invoices daily.
Daily reconciliation of bank statements.
Processing of daily invoicing to customers.
Coordinate work priorities to achieve agreed service levels and standards.
Communication with key stakeholders from various entities within the group on queries.
Standard AP and AR tasks, inter alia; data entry, responding to queries, month end reconciliations, maintenance of master files.
Maintain security and confidentiality in all aspects of the accounts function.
Ad hoc tasks, as required.
Ideal candidate:
At least 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Experience using computerised financial systems and MS Office applications, specifically Excel.
Proven punctuality, reliability, honesty, and high level of accountability.




Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Effective time management, task prioritisation and organisational skills.
Diagnostic and problem-solving skills.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise and cope under pressure.
Ability to work as a team, as well as autonomously.
Successful applicants will be required to pass a pre-employment medical examination and criminal record check.
