The Senior Research Analyst is responsible for delivering high-quality, data-driven market intelligence, analysis, and insights for the Western Australian and South Australian commercial real estate markets.
Be part of a national team of like-minded researchers who embrace technology, along with a real intrigue to explore real estate sectors in a highly dynamic market.
**What this job involves:*** **Data Analytics:** Responsibility for collating and analysing commercial property market data across designated property markets (Perth and Adelaide).
* **Tech and AI Integration:** Further develop proprietary datasets and leverage data and AI to deliver unique, forward-looking insights to clients.
* **Ahead of the Pulse:** Identifying investment themes and trends that shape the future of real estate.
* **Client Engagement:** Present market intelligence to broad-ranging stakeholders, ranging from major REIT clients to private investors and syndicates.




* **Market Reporting and Thought Leadership:** Writing subscription-based market reports and authoring public-facing thought leadership whitepapers.
