We're recruiting an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead a fast‐paced distribution site in Brisbane.
This is a hands‐on leadership role where operational standards, team performance and safety sit squarely with you.
This is not a caretaker role.
We're looking for someone who runs a disciplined, structured warehouse and takes pride in accuracy, accountability and service delivery.
You'll be managing inbound, dispatch, drivers, returns and inventory while building a team culture that is productive, secure and performance-focused.
What you'll be responsible for
Leading warehouse staff across receiving, dispatch and delivery
Driving productivity, attendance and performance standards
Ensuring accurate inbound processing and stock control
On-time, error-free dispatch and freight coordination
Oversight of drivers, fleet compliance and delivery standards




Returns processing and warranty flow management
Inventory accuracy and cycle count discipline
Maintaining a clean, organised and audit-ready site
WHS leadership, incident response and safety compliance
Clear reporting on operational performance
What we're looking for
Proven experience running a warehouse or distribution centre
Strong people leadership, not just task supervision
Confidence holding teams accountable to standards
High attention to stock accuracy and process discipline
Calm operator in a fast‐moving environment
Safety-first mindset with strong WHS knowledge
