You're going to help us create seamless operations that result in efficiency for millions of customers.
In this role, you'll:
You'll help keep our Operational Technology networks and critical systems secure, reliable and performing at their best.
From monitoring network performance and responding to incidents to strengthening cybersecurity and planning for future capacity needs, you'll be involved in a broad range of activities.
You'll work closely with stakeholders, maintain key technical documentation and support compliance with ISO***** and IEC***** standards, helping us provide dependable services to our customers and communities.
You'll bring robust experience in network design and implementation, with knowledge of MPLS, VXLAN Ethernet VPN, Cisco, Palo Alto, F5, SD-WAN and VDI technologies.
You'll also have experience with VoIP telephony services and a good understanding of OT network environments.
A CCNA qualification or equivalent practical experience is required,



along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure 24/7 operational environment.
You'll have tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience, along with a current driver's licence.
You'll need to be flexible and willing to travel within and outside the Sydney Metropolitan area, as well as undertake duties remotely when required.
The role also involves working outside normal business hours when needed and participating in a 24/7 call-out roster.
