About the Role We're looking for an experienced Internal Sales / Customer Service professional to join our client's branch in Melbourne's south-east as the primary link between the business and its customers.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role covering trade counter and phone sales, quoting, order processing, and warehouse/stock coordination — ideal for someone who thrives on variety and enjoys being the go-to person for customers.
Key Responsibilities Serve walk-in trade customers and handle phone/email enquiries with accurate, timely quotes Manage quoting and tender processes Process sales orders, pick/pack stock,
