Job description Senior Safety Advisor - Sydney | Tier 2 Commercial Construction The Opportunity Our client is a well-established Tier 2 commercial construction contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across Sydney.
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are seeking an experienced Senior Safety Advisor to join their team.
This role offers a mix of office and site-based responsibilities , working closely with project teams to drive a proactive safety culture and ensure best-practice WHS standards are maintained across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities Promote and maintain a positive safety culture across all project teams Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety reviews Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, company policies, and client requirements Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions Assist in the development and delivery of safety initiatives and training programs Support project teams with risk assessments, SWMS reviews, and safety planning Prepare safety reports and provide guidance to management and site personnel Build strong relationships with subcontractors, clients,
