About the RoleAs a Personal Care Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting residents and work alongside our care team.
Your responsibilities will include:Provide personal care and emotional support to residents Assist with daily living: mobility, meals, social outings and clinical care Review care plans, report and observe changes Maintain dignity and privacy for all residents Support Registered Nurses About YouPassionate about Aged Care and providing safe supportive care to the residents.Currently holds a Certificate 3 or Certificate 4 in Individual Support/ Aged Care.Experienced as a Personal Care Worker in Residential Aged Care.Flexible and able to do shifts including AM, PM, Night Public holidays Hold valid Australian Work Rights - Unfortunately we are not currently able to sponsorAlignment with our values: Integrity, Compassion, Excellence,
