Golding is seeking a self-motivated Mining Supervisor to join our cohesive overburden and coal mining team at Meandu Mine , near Kingaroy, Queensland.
This is a residential DIDO position working on a lifestyle roster ************) Day and Night rotating.

Key aspects of this role include: Conduct shift handovers, prestart, and toolbox meetings with efficiency Guide your team to execute the production plan safely and effectively Provide valuable technical guidance to your team members, sharing your expertise and boosting their capabilities Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisors to implement maintenance plans for the shift.
