The Role Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, the Purchasing Officer plays a key role in purchasing, expediting, and supplier performance activities within a national procurement function.
You will be instrumental in ensuring the timely and efficient procurement of goods and services that support operations across the business.

Key Responsibilities Prepare, process, and manage purchase orders in line with business requirements and procurement policies Monitor and expedite overdue purchase orders to ensure critical operational and build requirements are met Coordinate supplier non-conformance reports (NCRs), including root cause investigations, corrective actions,
and stakeholder communication Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on procurement processes, purchase orders, and supplier-related queries Maintain supplier and purchasing master data, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems Use enterprise procurement systems such as SAP to manage transactions, supplier information, and reporting About You Experience in a purchasing, procurement, or similar supply chain role Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build effective relationships Proficiency in Microsoft Office and enterprise procurement systems such as SAP Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines Able to work collaboratively within a team while also operating with a high degree of autonomy To Apply For a confidential discussion about this opportunity, please contact Laila Hoy on ************ or email ******.
