The Opportunity: You will play a pivotal part in the growth optimisation of the Online eCommerce business, working directly alongside the eCommerce Manager Head of Digital, working across online merchandising, conversion rate optimisation trade reporting.
Working across both the AU US markets, you'll identify key areas of opportunity growth, be customer-centric in everything you do, driving customer engagement, loyalty increased conversions.
Experience Needed What You'll be Working on: Demonstrated background in eCommerce ideally 2-3yrs of experience in an eCommerce Specialist, Executive or Coordinator role, within the Retail industry Strong, hands-on knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo Google Analytics is a must, with the ability to interpret identify key data trends Solid experience with onsite merchandising, product uploading, as well as technical backend platform management Demonstrated SEO experience, devising executing high-performing strategies, as well as ideating new ways to improve Experience with crafting delivering EDM campaigns, that capture customers and drive strong brand Loyalty,
