Our full range of drilling solutions includes aircore drilling, RAB drilling, zero impact drilling and slimline reverse circulation drilling.
We design and build our own drilling rigs and 'down hole' equipment through our in-house Engineering and Manufacturing Divisions.
We specialise in drilling for a wide range of commodities, including gold, copper, uranium, potash, phosphate, mineral sands, lithium, and rare earths.

Complete daily reports (Plods) and associated written reports along with daily scheduled phone calls to Bostech Management.
Ongoing training and supervision of drill crews to ensure that they fulfil duties in a safe manner.
Collection of samples, and their placement in correct linear sequence.
Regular maintenance of drill rig and support equipment.
Maintain a clean, tidy camp, ensuring wholesome and adequate meals are prepared and that high standards of hygiene are maintained.




Ensure all records and reports are completed and submitted as required.
Ensure all areas are kept clean and tidy, all equipment that is not in regular use is stored adequately and secured.
Review quantities of equipment and supplies on site frequently to ensure continuous operation of rig.
Ensure hydrocarbon products are stored in leak-proof bunds and waste oil and containers disposed of appropriately; attend to and report any spills.
Conduct safety Tool-box meetings on a weekly basis, ensuring the whole crew participates.
Maintain communication via satellite phone with the office daily so contract progress, performance and safety issues can be addressed.
Liaise with client representative on a regular basis to ensure their expectations are being met.
Identify, understand and address safety hazards and risks; train crew in safety awareness and ensure appropriate PPE is used; ensure new crew members are comprehensively inducted onto the rig.
Skills, experience and qualifications Certificate II or III.
At least 1 year of relevant experience may be accepted in place of the formal qualification.
HR licence (Heavy Rigid licence) Relevant experience may also be required.
Registration or licensing may be required for this occupation.
