About the Role: As a Beauty Therapist, you will provide a range of professional brow, lash, hair-removal and facial treatments to clients.
You will consult with clients to understand their requirements, recommend suitable treatments, perform services to a high standard and maintain a clean, hygienic and professional treatment environment.
Key Responsibilities: Consult with clients to understand their eyebrow, eyelash, skincare and beauty requirements and recommend suitable treatments based on their preferences and desired results.
Perform eyebrow shaping, threading, waxing and tinting, including henna and hybrid brow treatments, tailoring services to each client's facial features and preferences.




Perform brow lamination and related brow shaping and tinting services in accordance with salon procedures and client requirements.
Provide eyelash services including eyelash extensions, lash lifting/perming, lash tinting, refills and safe removal of extensions as required.
Provide facial and skincare treatments offered by the salon, including cleansing, exfoliation, masks, massage, hydration and other treatments suited to clients' individual skin needs.
Assess clients' skin, brows and lashes before treatments and provide suitable treatment recommendations, skincare advice and appropriate aftercare instructions.
Perform facial and body waxing services offered by the salon while maintaining appropriate client care and skilled treatment standards.
Maintain accurate client treatment records and appointment information, assist with bookings and ensure services are scheduled efficiently.
Prepare treatment areas, products and equipment and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, sanitisation, salon presentation and workplace health and safety.
Requirements: Diploma in Beauty Therapy or relevant qualification.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a Beauty Therapist.
Good practical knowledge of eyebrow, eyelash, waxing and facial treatments.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Good understanding of salon hygiene, sanitisation and workplace safety procedures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy salon environment.
