Motor Mechanic – Full-Time Midas Flagstone Tyre Auto Service Location: Unit 1/17 Gates Rd, Flagstone QLD **** Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 per annum + superannuation Employment: Full time Midas Flagstone Tyre Auto Service is seeking a qualified and experienced Motor Mechanic to join our team.
Key Duties Diagnose mechanical and electrical vehicle faults.
Service, maintain and repair motor vehicles.
Repair engines, transmissions, brakes, steering and suspension systems.
Dismantle, inspect, repair and reassemble mechanical components.
Replace worn or defective vehicle parts.
Perform scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance.
Conduct vehicle inspections and road tests.
Use diagnostic equipment and workshop tools safely.




Maintain accurate service and repair records.
Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment.
Requirements Relevant automotive/mechanical qualification – compulsory .
Minimum 1 year relevant experience – compulsory .
Robust diagnostic and mechanical repair skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable, punctual and safety focused.
Current Australian driver's licence desirable.
