The role We are currently searching for a 5+ years PAE litigation lawyer to join our national litigation and dispute resolution practice in our Perth office.
The successful candidate will work on a range of matters, including high-profile national matters in a agile team environment.
In this role you will be responsible for: Provision of legal advice regarding various disputes and litigation matters to a range of clients, including institutional and large corporate clients The full life cycle of dispute and litigation matter related activities Provision of alternative dispute resolution alternatives The legal work is diverse and challenging with a range of matters across industry.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:



5+ years PAE in another reputable litigation-based practice Solid experience in commercial litigation Strong legal analysis and exceptional communication and organisational skills Solid analytical and advice drafting skills, commitment to building strong client relationships and contributing to the growth of a practice Strong commitment to client services and advanced research skills Ideally, you are able to work both autonomously and in a team environment (in particular one-on-one with Partners).
