The role involves overseeing planning, budgeting, procurement, and onsite execution, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and compliance.
Role Overview This is a full‐time position responsible for leading and coordinating residential construction projects, including planning, budgeting, procurement, compliance oversight, and onsite execution.

Job Duties Plans, organizes, directs, controls, and coordinates construction of civil engineering projects and buildings.
Develops project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
Oversees procurement and delivery of materials, plant, and equipment.
Manages contractors, consultants, and construction teams on site.
Monitors project progress, quality standards, safety compliance,



and cost performance.
Consults with architects, engineers, and trades workers to ensure design and regulatory compliance.
Negotiates contracts, variations, and resolves disputes with stakeholders.
Prepares and presents project reports to clients and senior management.
Ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required specifications.
Implements risk management and quality assurance processes throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills Experience 5–8 years' proven experience in construction project management or building development.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple housing projects.
Demonstrated leadership in supervising construction teams, contractors, and consultants.
Familiarity with project management software, budgeting tools, and construction compliance systems.
Excellent communication and problem‐solving skills for client and stakeholder engagement.
Ability to work independently, take ownership of project outcomes, and deliver within time and budget.
