As Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible forleading production, maintenance, quality, safety and continuous improvementinitiatives across the site, ensuring the efficient manufacture of high-qualityrainwater harvesting and polyethylene storage products.

About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee allmanufacturing activities and provide leadership to production supervisors,maintenance personnel and factory operators.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Leaddaily manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality and deliverytargets
Managerotational moulding, assembly, finishing, storage and dispatch activities
Optimiselabour, equipment utilisation and plant capacity




Monitorproduction performance, efficiency, downtime and waste reductioninitiatives
Collaboratewith Supply Chain and Sales teams to ensure customer demand is met
Lead,coach and develop a diverse manufacturing workforce
Championa strong safety-first culture across the factory
DriveLean Manufacturing and operational excellence initiatives
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Relevanttertiary qualifications in Engineering, Manufacturing, OperationsManagement or a related discipline
Experiencein manufacturing, polymer processing, rotational moulding or relatedindustries
Provenability to lead, coach, and develop teams in a fast-paced manufacturingenvironment.
Strongunderstanding of production planning, maintenance and operationalperformance
Demonstratedexperience leading safety initiatives and fostering a strong safetyculture.
Soundunderstanding of WHS legislation and risk management practices.
Excellentproblem-solving and decision-making capability
Abilityto influence change and build a culture of accountability
Strongcommunication and stakeholder management skills
