Key Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Assistant L2, you will play an integral role in our daily operations by ensuring a seamless workflow.
Your responsibilities will include:
Accurately
picking, packing, and dispatching
orders in a timely manner.
Operating high-reach forklifts
safely and efficiently (certification highly preferred).
Maintaining a
clean, organized, and safe
warehouse environment.
Performing regular
stock counts
and promptly addressing any discrepancies.
Loading and unloading trucks to support seamless delivery schedules.
Following and upholding all
health and safety protocols
.
Collaborating effectively within the team to consistently achieve daily performance targets.
Day-to-Day Activities
Your typical day as a Warehouse Assistant L2 may involve:
Beginning your shift with a team briefing to review daily targets and tasks.
Conducting pre-operational checks of forklifts to ensure safe functionality.
Picking items with speed and accuracy using your high-reach forklift skills to fulfill orders.
Packing orders securely into pallets or boxes following customer and safety guidelines.
Scanning items into the inventory system using handheld or digital devices to maintain accuracy.




Maintaining cleanliness and organization in your assigned section of the warehouse throughout the day.
Participating in routine safety checks, including inspecting equipment and work areas.
Ensuring trucks are loaded or unloaded swiftly and accurately, adhering to delivery timelines.
What We're Looking For
We are searching for candidates who meet the following criteria:
Proven experience
in general warehouse duties with a strong understanding of workplace safety standards.
High-reach forklift
operating skills
(certification preferred and advantageous).
Must be
physically fit
to handle tasks involving lifting, bending, and prolonged standing.

and exceptional organizational skills.
