Administration Assistant, Operations
to support the smooth running of our Field Studies Centre at Woollamia on the NSW South Coast.
This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced administration professional who is looking for meaningful part-time work in a collaborative and distinctive educational environment.
Working ***** hours per week, you will provide high-quality administrative, information and student services support to the Centre's management team.
The Field Studies Centre provides Year 9 students with an immersive residential experience that brings together academic learning, outdoor education, pastoral care and social-emotional development.
In this dynamic environment, your strong organisation, accurate recordkeeping and clear communication will help maintain continuity across the Centre's academic, residential and operational functions.

About the role
Reporting to the Head of Campus, Field Studies Centre, you will:
Provide accurate,
confidential and timely administrative support to the Centre's management team.
Manage shared calendars, meetings, schedules, correspondence, minutes, reports and action registers.
Coordinate routine student services administration across student arrival, time on campus and departure.
Maintain attendance, leave, movement, visitor, appointment and transport records.
Support family communications relating to program administration, travel and required documentation.
Maintain daily operational records and prepare explicit handovers for authorised staff.
Coordinate routine bookings, purchasing documentation, invoices, service requests and administrative supplies.
Liaise with School departments, approved contractors and service providers.
Use Microsoft 365 and the School's approved administration and document-management systems effectively and securely.
Provide limited short-term front-of-house or operational support when directed, appropriately trained and available.
The position supports administration and coordination but does not carry responsibility for ongoing student supervision, clinical care, residential behaviour management, pastoral case management or technical outdoor education decisions.
About you
You will bring:
A Certificate IV in Business Administration, Education Support or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
Experience supporting multiple leaders or functions within a complex, service-focused environment.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities with sound judgement.
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
A high level of discretion and a commitment to confidentiality.
Confidence using spreadsheets, shared calendars, recordkeeping and document-management systems.
The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team.
A practical, calm and responsive approach to changing operational needs.
A commitment to the Christian mission and values of Trinity Grammar School.
The successful applicant will be required to hold:
A valid NSW Working With Children Check in employment status.
Current First Aid and CPR certification.
The capacity to occasionally vary working hours for agreed operational needs.

The starting salary will be based on an annual gross salary of $81,360 p.a (hourly rate $*****) plus 12% superannuation.
The campus operates 24/7 during term time.
However the actual hours of work for this position will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
