The Wynnum Manly Seagulls RLFC are looking for a rehab coach for the **** Hostplus Cup season.You will work alongside the Head of Performance and medical team to safely progress injured players back to full training and competition.
Your responsibilities will include:
Develop and deliver rehabilitation programs for injured players.
Work closely with the?
medical team, Strength & Conditioning Coach and Head Coach?
throughout the rehabilitation process.
Manage players through?
return-to-training and return-to-play?
programs.
Develop players' physical capacity following injury.
Monitor player progress and adjust rehabilitation programs asrequired.
Ensure injured playersremain?
physically and mentally engaged?
with the team setting.
Assistwith?
injury prevention and player robustness?
strategies.
Maintainaccuraterecords of rehabilitation,progressand player readiness.
Communicate regularly with relevant staffregardingplayer status and progression.
