# Accounting Officer / Bookkeeper – SMSFAccounting & Business AdvisoryToowoomba, Queensland, AustraliaSeptember 16, ****Part TimeApply Now### Job Description**The Opportunity**Findex is looking for an Accounting Officer/Bookkeeper to join our SMSF team in Toowoomba on a part-time basis (approximately ***** hours per week, with flexibility on how those hours are worked).
In this role you'll support the accurate processing of superannuation fund transactions and everyday administrative tasks for a varied client base, working alongside a supportive local, offshore and virtual team.

*** Process client superannuation fund transactions accurately and within required lodgement deadlines* Support the preparation of financial statements, activity statements and annual reconciliations under guidance from senior team members* Maintain and organise documentation, work papers and client files in line with compliance requirements* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team, including data entry, correspondence and file management* Assist with client communications, responding to routine queries and escalating where needed**The benefits of joining us!
