What You'll Be Doing Reading and interpreting engineering drawings Operating CNC machines, lathes and milling machines Manufacturing precision components and prototype parts Using hand tools, precision measuring equipment and workshop machinery Assisting with fitting,



assembly and modification of mechanical components Maintaining quality standards and attention to detail Following safe work practices and workshop procedures Contributing to a collaborative and skilled team environment About You We're looking for someone who takes responsibility for their work, communicates professionally and genuinely wants to learn a skilled trade.
You may be a recent school leaver, someone looking for a practical career pathway, or an individual seeking to start a trade where quality workmanship and continuous learning are highly valued.
